Decorative Screen Partitions and Room Dividers: Materials, Patterns and Prices
Screen partitions have replaced walls in most new Gujarati homes: between the living and dining area, beside the pooja room, at the entrance foyer, and in hotel lobbies and restaurant bays. We make more than sixty patterns in stainless steel at our Rajkot factory, most in PVD gold. Here is how to choose one.
Materials
SS 304 sheet or tube, 1.2 to 2 mm, the standard for indoor partitions
SS 316 for outdoor or coastal facades
Mild steel with powder coat where budget matters and the partition is indoor and dry
Combinations: SS frame with fluted glass, cane weave, wood slats or mirror panels
Pattern families
Geometric grid, hexagon and rectangle: modern, easy to clean, strong
Vertical slatted and staggered-height slats: privacy with airflow, our most ordered pattern
Botanical and leaf laser-cut: for foyers and hotel lobbies
Capsule, oval and circle mixed-material: statement pieces with glass or cane inserts
Ribbed glass and opaque panel: full privacy dividers
Fixing and formats
Fixed floor-to-ceiling, free-standing with a base plate, sliding on a top track, pivoting on a central axis, or folding three-panel. Fixed partitions are the cheapest; sliding and pivoting need concealed hardware and add 15 to 25 percent.
Finishes
PVD gold, rose gold, champagne, black and bronze are done in-house on polished SS. PVD does not chip or fade and is the finish on almost every partition we sell. Powder coating is offered on mild steel only. See our finish comparison guide.

SS with fluted glass or cane inserts: from 1,600 per sq ft

Sliding or pivot hardware: add 15 to 25 percent
